'Irelands' lawful Land & Soil Assembly, declared as Terra Ériú State Assembly has been lawfully called into session on July 5th 2025, near the historic Hill of Tara, which was the site of the first lawful Land & Soil Assembly held on this blessed nation, 2000 years ago.

‘Irelands’ Lawful Land & Soil State Assembly was declared to be lawfully standing on Friday, July 5th, 2024, near the Hill of Tara, which was the site where the first lawful Land & Soil Assembly was held, around 2000 years ago. Terra Eriu State Assembly was declared to be the lawful name of our Assembly. This Assembly would be the lawful vehicle to build the 4 Pillars of our Lawful Assembly – with the goal of restoring our lawful Government under the Land & Soil Jurisdiction of Terra Eriu ‘Ireland’, which is where the living men and women here, Eriu Nationals, have the authority to Self-Govern their lives & County and restore Terra Eriu as a Lawful Sovereign Nation once again.
At least 3 Indigenous living men & women, have fully reclaimed their Birthright Political Status as Eriu Nationals to the Land & Soil on Terra Eriu. This enables TESA to file our lawful Indigenous claim on all the Land & Soil on Terra Eriu, and reclaim them from fraudulent Corporations, who sit under the inferior Maritime & Air Jurisdictions.
