Calling all living men and living women on the land and soil on Terra Ériú ‘Ireland’.
This is a Public Notice approved and published by the Official National General Assembly Committee for Terra Ériú State Assembly.
Terra Ériú State Assembly is the recognised lawful Land & Soil Assembly on Terra Ériú that has lawfully stood since it was called into session on July 5th, 2024, in County Meath, close to the Hill of Tara, which was the venue for our nation’s first Lawful Land & Soil Assembly around 2000 years ago.
Terra Ériú State Assembly has declared its status on the Land & Soil Jurisdiction as a single Sovereign State.
Terra Ériú State Assembly is a Lawful Government, founded by status corrected living men and living women, for the People and of the People
Our Lawful Government is not subservient to, or influenced by, any service corporations, self-defining as Government Authority. Our Lawful Government is not incorporated or registered in any way, shape or form.
Terra Ériú State Assembly and our National Coordinator are recognised by our Fiduciary Anna Maria Reizinger, known to most as Ann Von Reitz.
Our Sovereign Nation status and our status as the lawful Land & Soil State Assembly and our National Coordinator, are recognised by the Global Family Group.
We are recognised by our fellow International Assembly Allies and by the Leaders of these Assemblies.
The National Assembly Committee holds the lawful authority to put forward key topics for discussion and/or recommend Public Voting of such topics, at Public National General Assembly Meeting for Terra Ériú State Assembly.
The National Assembly Committee can also recommend and ratify other topics or decisions that are deemed viable for ratification internally and also urgently, without the need to wait for a Public Vote at General Assembly Meetings.
Like our fellow International Assembly Allies, Terra Ériú State Assembly became a reality due to the courageous and diligent work by a few, led by our Official National Coordinator/National General Assembly Committee Chair, since he made the first contact by phone in July 2021, to speak at length with our present-day Fiduciary, Anna Von Reitz, in July 2021.
Since that day, our Terra Ériú National Coordinator and Anna have built a powerful, trusting bond that has helped Terra Ériú State Assembly, but also our International Assemblies, through our International Assemblies Network of Coordinators (INAC). INAC was created by our National Coordinator/National General Assembly Committee Chair. He is also leading the plans and the core team, to create a Lawful, Official International Assembly Confederation, to support the growth and management of Nation State Assemblies.
Terra Ériú State Assembly, and our National General Assembly Committee, despite the challenges, are fully committed to fulfill our public duties and achieve our mission and goals. We are committed to unite our living men and living women and achieve self-governance, through the restoration of our lawful land and soil Government. We will achieve this by populating and building our 4 Assembly Pillars.
We are moving forward now to grow our core teams, populate our committees, build our infrastructure. We are learning from the phenomenal success and growth of our allies in Terra Australis, Terra Canada, and American Federation of States. We have a vast network and database of prospective great people to call on to fill the Public Office roles and numerous Volunteer positions.
Our doors are always open. We stand by our core philosophy and values; ‘To Work Lawfully, Peacefully, Ethically, Morally and with Integrity at all times’’. We recognise that there have been and will continue to be challenges such as personal differences among Assembly members and with external parties. We equally recognise that any such challenges, especially personal differences, can never supersede our mission and core philosophy. Terra Ériú's Lawful Land & Soil State Assembly was declared to be lawfully standing on Friday, July 5th, 2024, near the Hill of Tara.
This was the site where the first lawful Land & Soil Assembly was held, around 2000 years ago.
Terra Ériú State Assembly was declared to be the lawful name of our Assembly.
This Assembly would be the lawful vehicle to build the 4 Pillars of our Lawful Assembly – with the goal of restoring our lawful Government under the Land & Soil Jurisdiction of Terra Ériú ‘Ireland’, which is where the living men and women here, Terra Ériú Nationals, have the authority to Self-Govern their lives & County and restore Terra Ériú as a Lawful Sovereign Nation once again.
At least 3 Indigenous living men & women, have fully reclaimed their Birthright Political Status as Terra Ériú Nationals to the Land & Soil on Terra Ériú.
This enables TESA to file our lawful Indigenous claim on all the Land & Soil on Terra Ériú, and reclaim them from fraudulent Corporations, who sit under the inferior Maritime & Air Jurisdictions.
